RFD90 Bluetooth Adapter for TC72/77

Allows TC72/TC77 devices (EXCLUDING TC73/TC78) to be mounted on an RFD90 and communicate via Bluetooth with the reader. The adapter also allows both the RFD90 and the TC72/TC77 device to be docked separately or together on several charging and/or communication bases.
