RFD90 Bluetooth Adapter for TC21/26

Allows TC21/TC26 devices (EXCLUDING THE TC21/TC26 HEALTHCARE VERSIONS) to be mounted on an RFD90 and communicate via Bluetooth with the reader. The adapter also allows both the RFD90 and the TC21/26 device to be docked separately or together on several charging and/or communication bases.
