After adding products to your shopping cart, your purchase will be simply following the six steps below. Please note that our online store is open 24 hours on 24 and your order can be made every day of the week.
Étape 1: Cart
The cart is the first step and allows you to check the contents of your order in a glance. In this step you can easily change quantities and also enter a promotional code. To go to step 2, click "Validate my cart".

After you have validated your cart, you must log in to continue the process of buying.
If this is your first order, you must first create an account. To do this, simply enter an email address and fill out our registration form. Please check your e-mail address is valid to receive our notifications related to track your order. To continue, click on "Create my account".
If you are a regular customer or have already created an account on myZebra.co.uk. Simply Log in with your email address and password you saved on your first order and click "Login" to continue.

In this step you must confirm your delivery address. You can also change your shipping addresses, invoice or even add a new address. To go to step 4, click "Confirm Address".
Étape 4: Transport
In this step you can select your carrier, but also review our terms of sale. Different carriers in this section were selected by myZebra to guarantee the best delivery of your orders. Choose the delivery method that you want depending on the choices you are offered. To move to the next step, click on "Confirm the mode of transport".
Étape 5: Payment
We offer several methods of payment and you choose the one that suits you the most. After you have selected your payment method, a brief summary of your order you will be presented.
Étape 6: Validation
To be sure that your order has been registered you get to the last step. Indeed, this section myZebra confirms that your order has been taken into account. You will receive in a confirmation e-mail with your order number.
If the products ordered are in stock, your order will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours following the confirmation of your order by us.
Étape 1: Status
In a first step, please check the status of your order on our website myZebra and view information related to your order. To do this, simply log into your customer and go to the section "Follow my orders" account. Depending on your method of payment, your order will be processed directly. Having made a payment in blue card, your order will be processed automatically. However, for payment by bank transfer, your order will be processed receptions amounts due.

Check in a second time the status of your order on the carrier's website. If the order is still being delivered, please wait until the expected delivery date.
